Keyworker Emergency Childcare: New Requests
We are aware that family working circumstances change from time to time. To support that, please find below the form to request your child/children to attend school for emergency childcare provision.
Please note, requests should be in line with the latest Government guidance around working from home.
Families who already have a place need not reapply, a separate form will be emailed directly enabling you to let us know which days you require.
